Airnet by HAF

These have a full lining of pure wool fleece (not sheepskin) and an upper fabric of Airnet which is a highly breathable triple-mesh fabric. They are pocketed and are supplied with one set of full shims with extra room for more if needed.

All of these numnahs have the necessary flat seam to reduce the bulk along the spine and help prevent pressure spots. As treeless saddles cannot give the same degree of spine clearance as a treed saddle, this an important factor to consider when purchasing.
All of these numnahs (except the Cotton Basic) are pocketed for shims. Shimming does the same job as flocking in a treed saddle; in other words it helps you to fine-tune the fit of the saddle to each individual horse.
Getting the right numnah for your treeless is as important as getting the flocking right in a treed saddle. Your numnah should be considered as part of the "kit" rather than an accessory for your saddle.
All numnahs are machine washable on a 30°c wool cycle. They can also be tumble dried on a cool setting. Otherwise, dry naturally.
The wool & sheepskin lined numnahs must be washed in specialist wool/delicates detergent - normal detergent will damage the wool fibre.
The numnahs are available in two lengths - 24" and 26"
Please Note: You could negate your saddle warranty if you use any numnah other than those recommended.
The girths are available in 20" to 32" lengths. Custom lengths available to order.
Aerogel by HAF

This is fully lined in Aerogel which is a cotton-based fabric specially woven to increase heat and moisture transportation through the fibres and help keep the horse's back cool and dry. The upper fabric is microfibre. Again, these are pocketed and supplied with one set of full shims with extra room for more if needed.
Cotton Basic by HAF

A simple numnah to suit the super-wide, flat withered horse that has enough padding of their own. This has very light padding left & right of the spine and is made from a heavy woven cotton upper with a simple cotton quilt lining. This numnah cannot be shimmed.
Airnet Elasticated Girths

This is in two parts; a centrally elsticated girth section with a fully removeable sleeve. The sleeve is made of cushioned, highly breathable Airnet fabric.
Leather Girths
£84.00 - The girth above left is a superb quality anatomical girth, designed to give room around the elbows.
£36.75 - The girth above right is the same design as the Airnet on the left but with a cushioned leather sleeve. This is a good option for the thin/sensitive skinned horse.
